Our Association was organised in 1970 as a Ministry for Assembly and Special Construction. After declaring independence of the Uzbek Republic the Ministry was reformed into the O’zmontajmaxsusqurilish Association with special Decree of the Uzbek Republic President and all the organisations of the former Ministry that joined the Association were privatised. 

     The Republic that time really faced many difficulties such as growing the economy, building new plants, factories, public education establishments, reforming heavy and light industry, changing old technologies with new ones and improving people’s prosperity. Fulfilling part of the vast work in terms of importance and scale were trusted to the O’zmontajmaxsusqurilish Association’s organisations and builders and we began to build the future of the Republic in new time. 

     During that period of time our organisations had fulfilled a number of projects such as Bukhara Oil Refinery plant, Shurtan gas and chemical complex, UzDEU automobile plant, number of textile factories in Tashkent, Fergana and Bukhara cities and many other projects. 

     At present The O'zmontajmaxsusqurilish Association joins more than 30 construction and assembly construction organisations all over the Republic which carry out plumbing, ventilation, thermal and chemical protection, electrical, moisture protection and special construction work, produce and erect steel and light metal constructions, installing and putting into operations technological equipment and do many other things.
